Former Boston College defensive back Josh DeBerry is transferring to Texas A&M as a graduate student, he announced Tuesday. Here’s what you need to know:

DeBerry was the fourth-best player left in the transfer portal as of Tuesday, per The Athletic’s rankings.
He was a versatile three-year starter for the Eagles who has played more than 2,000 career snaps and earned second-team All-ACC honors in 2021.
